All z8777 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for any fees their payment provider charges for currency conversion.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and z8777 ("z8777," "we," "us," "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the z8777 website, mobile browser platform, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The z8777 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. z8777 makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Mental Capacity. You warrant that you are of sound mind and are not registering or playing under the influence of a state that impairs your judgment or capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3.1 Single Account. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the z8777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. z8777 reserves the right to close all accounts held by a player found to have registered more than one account and to forfeit any balances contained therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account if any information changes. z8777 may, at its discretion, require documentary proof verifying any information provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z8777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. z8777 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify z8777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3.4 KYC Verification. z8777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and proof of address. Withdrawal of funds exceeding regulatory thresholds is conditional upon completed KYC verification.
4.1 Supported Methods. z8777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability. z8777 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.2 Currency. All account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). z8777 is not responsible for any exchange rate fees charged by payment providers for conversion from other currencies.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified under the account holder's name. z8777 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on payment provider conditions.
4.4 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the z8777 deposit and withdrawal pages. These minimums may be updated from time to time without prior notice beyond platform-level notification.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. z8777 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as notified to the player at the time of account registration. Any remaining balance will be held by z8777 in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the z8777 Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the in-game rules, the in-game rules shall prevail in relation to the specific game.
5.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a malfunction, software error, or technical fault during gameplay, z8777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to affected players. z8777 is not liable to pay winnings arising from a technical error or malfunction.
5.3 Bet Acceptance. z8777 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without explanation, including but not limited to bets placed on games or events where z8777 determines irregularities are present.
5.4 Sports Betting Specifics. Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up to the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds at the time of placement apply. In-play bets are subject to the specific in-play terms displayed at the time of placement. z8777 is not responsible for results in respect of events where the outcome was determined prior to a bet being placed due to a player's failure to check event status.
6.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by z8777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which are published on the promotions page of the Platform. These Terms constitute the general framework within which promotional terms operate.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. z8777 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses; using automated software to exploit promotional offers; coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotions; or any other conduct that z8777, acting reasonably, determines to constitute exploitation of the promotional system. z8777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action.
All content on the z8777 Platform, including but not limited to the z8777 name and logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of z8777 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any z8777 content without express written permission from z8777.
z8777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. z8777 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, z8777 shall not be liable to any player for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of gaming funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from a player's own failure to maintain account security; or (d) unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside z8777's reasonable control.
11.2 z8777's total aggregate liability to a player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits z8777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
z8777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; regulatory requirement; failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe; or conduct that z8777 determines is harmful to the Platform or other players. Upon closure, z8777 will return any verified unencumbered balance to the player following the completion of applicable investigations and verification procedures, unless forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the z8777 Platform shall first be submitted to z8777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting z8777 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through z8777's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
